Matt Stone, Chief Technology Officer of Futureproof today announced the alpha release of the Annuity & Mortgage Calculator for the Equity Preservation Mortgage®.
“The Annuity & Mortgage Calculator is a key user interface to the Customer Portal of the Futureproof SaaS Product & Funding Platform.
Our calculator is far more sophisticated than typical loan calculators traditionally presented by mortgage lenders and reverse mortgage providers on their websites. It is intuitive to use and enables a Borrower to easily walk through the process of entering their property details, determine the amount of annuity they can obtain over desired annuity periods selecting either an interest-only version or a principal + interest version of the Equity Preservation Mortgage® over different loan terms.”
Futureproof’s Annuity & Mortgage Calculator is initially released for the Australian market and is fully integrated with CoreLogic for desktop property valuations. A Borrower is now able to set a fixed term tax-free annuity and obtain loan pre-approval, all within minutes.
A beta-release version with additional features is expected to be released shortly following review and extensive testing and User feedback from the Futureproof community.
